RESERVATION
You can make reservation by utilising many ways. Please choose
any mean of reservation which will make you feel convenient.
In our website you will find registration form which is easily
filled. After completing the information needed you can directly
send it to us. You are able to make reservation by telephone,
e-mail, letter, or facsimile as well. It will become our honour
to accept your reservation though any communication means stated
above.
We will process your reservation only if you have completed
the information needed and you will accept our response within
2 x 24 hours. In case your reservation is not confirmed, we
will let you know and give you any alternative solution. To
confirm your reservation we require copies of following documents:
Credit card, passport photo page and these documents should
be sent to above facsimile number.
PAYMENT
It is common practice that you pay the full payment in advance
before arriving. The payment can be done by using Bank transfer
with addition fee of 10% from the total amount or by using credit
card plus 3.5% of addition fee from the total amount. The payment
should be transferred at least 7 days prior the arrival at low
season, at least 14 days at high season, and at least 30 days
prior the arrival at peak season. All of the quoted rates is
in USD (US$), except they are specified in other currencies.
When the transaction is done in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) then
the currencies will be converted into IDR based on the rate
which is valid on the time of transaction.
CANCELLATION
Raja Anggrek Tours and Travel does not charge cancellation fee;
however, the hotels and other parties engaged with agreements
that have been made will charge the clients. When the cancellation
is done within 7 days prior to the arrival at low season, or
14 days at high season, or 30 days at peak season, the client
will be charged in amount of one night cancellation fee.
REFUND
In case the clients cannot come at any reason, Raja Anggrek
Tours and Travel has no obligation to refund their payments.
CONFIRMATION
When the clients reservations are already confirmed, Confirmation
Slip and Performa Invoice will be sent to the clients by any
mean stated above. Please make sure that you bring together
these documents due to the receptionist of the hotels needs
them when you check-in.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The appropriate visas and valid passports become responsibility
of the clients. The passports should be valid at least six months
beyond return date. Visa on arrival is also available at international
airports throughout Indonesia.
LEGAL LAW
These terms and conditions adhere and obey the Republic of Indonesia
rule and regulation. Any claim or any dispute concerning this
agreement must settle under these legal rule and regulation.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

and services needed.
